Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Groww Studies are digital educational resources, including but not limited to:

• PDF Notes

• Editable Word Notes

• PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs)

• MCQs

• Question Banks

• Worksheets

• Mind Maps

• Animated Videos

• Other downloadable digital study materials

Since these are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final.

2. No Return & No Refund

Once the product has been:

• Delivered via Google Drive, email, WhatsApp, or any other medium,

• Downloaded,

• Accessed, or

• Shared with the customer,

it cannot be returned, and no refund will be provided.

3. Sample Review Before Purchase

To help customers make an informed decision:

• Sample files or demo content are provided for most products.

• Customers are strongly advised to review the samples carefully before purchasing.

• By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product details and understand what is being purchased.

Refund requests based on quality expectations, content preference, or misunderstanding after purchase will not be accepted.

4. Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptional Cases Only)

A refund may be considered only if:

• The wrong product/package was delivered due to an error by Groww Studies.

• The delivered files are corrupted or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery, along with proof of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Purchase made without reviewing the sample.

• Incorrect selection of class, subject, medium, or package by the customer.

• Syllabus mismatch due to the customer's selection.

• Requests for customization after purchase.

• Lack of usage or insufficient time to use the product.

• Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, copied, or shared.

• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations when the delivered product matches the description.

6. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
